Joyce Lee, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Lee is responsible for the development and implementation of the foundation’s financial strategies.  She leads the foundation’s finance operation which includes investment, treasury, budget, financial reporting, and insurance functions. She also oversees the foundation’s human resources and administration functions.  Before joining the foundation, Ms. Lee was a principal at Clark Nuber P.S., a CPA and consulting firm, where she specialized in helping foundations and nonprofit organizations achieve their goals by improving their accounting practices and business strategies.  She has held board officer positions at several nonprofit organizations, and currently serves as the treasurer of Hispanics and Philanthropy and as board member of Asian Counseling and Referral Service. Ms. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner®. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Washington University and an Executive Master of Public Administration degree from University of Washington.
