  Marguerite Casey Foundation President Luz Vega-Marquis was recently named as one of four co-recipients of the Council on Foundations’ prestigious Robert W. Scrivner Award for Creative Grantmaking. Vega-Marquis and her colleagues designed and implemented the Funders' Collaborative for Strong Latino Communities, sponsored by Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) and directed by its funding members.
