Our People

Nadja Redmond

Creative & Storytelling Partner

Make a difference about something other than yourselves. – Toni Morrison

I am inspired by the way that the Marguerite Casey Foundation continuously uplifts the voices of low income families and mobilizes communities to create change for themselves and across networks. I think social media has a powerful role to play in pursuing equity, and I’m excited to practice social storytelling that prioritizes and engages low-income communities and the issues they face.

Before joining the Foundation as the Creative & Storytelling Partner I worked at Edelman, helping organize social media for Microsoft clients. So far in my career, I’ve enjoyed  marketing and communications experience at Lionsgate and Time Inc., as well as a small film production studio in Los Angeles. I studied Media Studies, Africana Studies and English at Pomona College.

I joined the Foundation in 2019, and will also be a Philanthropy Northwest Momentum Fellow, Class of 2021.
