“Every organization has a story. Told right, yours can change the world.” Anonymous
I work at the Foundation because I truly believe that change is possible. I believe we can make a difference in the lives of the people we serve through the work we do. That the world we have today is not the world I want my children to have. It is my responsibility to work to make sure that it is better.
Before joining the Foundation in 2007, I spent time in Brazil working for one of the most acclaimed advertising companies in Saõ Paulo. After returning to the states, I spent one year working in the mortgage industry before returning to my true passion: design. I have had the good fortune to have been awarded recognition from the Council of Foundations. My responsibilities at the Foundation include managing the website, designing collateral material and supplying creative solutions to our communications projects.
I attended Boise State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Network and Telecommunication, with minors in marketing and business. I enjoy time with my husband and three wonderful children who fill my life with love and laughter. I also enjoy spending time with my mom and sister whenever they are in Seattle.
