Elizabeth Olsson manages the implementation of the Community Grants strategy for MCF and serves as the organization’s key advisor on local power-building organizations.
Prior to joining MCF, she served as a program officer at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, developed and managed partnerships with Black-led organizations at the National Education Association, and advocated for racial justice in education with grassroots organizations at the Legal Defense Fund.
Elizabeth is also a board member for the Andrus Family Fund and holds a master’s degree in public administration from New York University.
