Kelsey helps translate the organization’s strategic plans into HR initiatives that improve retention, engagement, performance, and growth. Kelsey enjoys administering the day-to-day HR operations and programs to support the employee life cycle. Kelsey’s specialty areas include recruitment, compliance, data analytics, performance management, and workplace culture. Prior to discovering her passion for mission-driven nonprofit work, Kelsey held various positions in the healthcare and financial service industries.
Kelsey earned a bachelor's degree in management from Nicholls State University and holds a professional human resources certification from Human Resource Standards Institute.
